"Très sale, la plage n'est pas aménagée ni nettoyée.
Pas d'espace de jeux pour les enfants.
Pas de navette, et très peu de transport pour les alentours.

"We loved Castellammare del Golfo and would love to come back some day. We chose your town as a base for our tour by chance, simply looking on the map, and we never hoped to end up in such a charming place! Thank you so much for the pathway to the spiaggia Playa, makes a big difference if you can walk from city center. Things I wish you could improve: better website for Russo autoservizi (not clear how to buy tickets, online ticket sale doesn't work) and cleanliness of Villa Comunale park. But overall - we fell in love with Castellammare del Golfo. Grazie mille! "

"A beautiful place, what would make it better is seeing its citizens clean up after themselves and dogs. The Villa always full of garbage doesn’t feel like the city is as clean as it could be. Also, being respectful of stop signs and have order like lines."

"The only problem your town and it seems all of Sicily has is the amount of rubbish left at the sides of the roads, which is ugly and not healthy.
As tourists staying in a house we too were confronted with the complicated recycle system, so we think that is why there is so much rubbish left on the side of the road. In France they have an area in each town with huge recycle bins, so tourists can leave their rubbish in the correct places. These recycle areas are clearly marked with signs. We loved your town and will recommend it to others."

"Parking and driving in Castellammare del Golfo is a challenge if you are not used to Italian traffic. Also the city lack good infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. But it is a small town with nice atmosphere. "
