"Very enjoyable visit to Castlellammare del Golfo. Accommodation was excellent and host lady exceptional & definitely 100%.
Bus & Train Service was very inadequate and poorly advertised. It was also unreliable. Taxis were available but some charged extraordinarily high prices.
While beach was reasonably clean, a lot of rubbish dumped carelessly along the roadside and coastline gave a poor impression.

"We are from Toronto Canada and we spent 9 days in Castellammare and loved it. It was our very first time travelling to Sicily and fell in love with this beautiful city ! Thank you to the people and the government for welcoming tourists here - the culture , the restaurants , and the cleanliness of this city is to be admired!! "
