"Es gibt zu wenig Möglichkeiten bei schlechtem Wetter etwas zu unternehmen, wie Kino, Exkursionen, Musik etc.
Was macht eigentlich die Tourist-Information, wenn sie geöffnet hat?
Die Verkehrsverbindungen zu anderen Orten sind nicht gut.
Ohne Auto ist in Castellammare im Mai bei schlechtem Wetter nicht viel los.
Einige persönliche Begegnungen waren sehr angenehm, die Ferienwohnung super.

"Castellamare del Golfo is a very nice and clean city surrounded by a beatiful landscape. I t has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. it is well situated in order to reach other spectacular places and cultural sites."

"Beautiful layout of the city but very very car-centric, no options for pedestrians, sidewalks either non existent or in bad shape, goes against the trends of sustainable tourism... "

"Posto bello, città molto carina, però suggerirei una maggior pulizia delle strade, inoltre troppi edifici fatiscenti (anche sul porto) basterebbe poco tipo coprirli con dei pannelli."

"The most beautiful part Sicily that I have visited over the last two months. If I intended to visit Sicily again I would base my stay in Castellammare del Golfo. Time is short however, and I have so many other places to visit in my retirement."
